Robust gearboxes and geared motors

Drive systems from NORD provide high precision and a long lifespan owing in particular to the geared motors' UNICASE design, which was developed by the company in 1981. UNICASE housings are made from one single-piece casting with integrated bearing seats – there are no sealing surfaces that could deflect under the effect of torque or radial forces, which eliminates gearset misalignment problems.
