You can’t decide? NORD can suggest a course for you. At NORD, new graduates and trainees can begin their career with on-the-job training that is custom-tailored to the work they want to do.

A comprehensive orientation program familiarizes you with the different divisions of NORD. In the process, you will connect with colleagues from other fields. Our flat hierarchies and adequate freedom to act constantly give you the chance to demonstrate your abilities in project work and day-to-day functions. Global demands and changes in our group of companies create new projects and tasks for multinational teams to solve. New subsidiaries being established worldwide – we are active in 30 countries already – and the security of a family-owned business that invests in its future make NORD an attractive employer – for you, too! Of course entry-level employees working on their first projects will receive as much support from more experienced colleagues as they need, and they will also learn about further training opportunities. During that time, entry-level employees are more than welcome to share their own ideas and requests as well.

We offer an 18-month trainee program with attractive opportunities for career development in an innovative, fast-growing company. The trainee program prepares you to take on technical and managerial tasks in the sales division, and it is accompanied by a comprehensive set of training courses. You have a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. In addition, you are an analytical thinker, you are very committed and highly self-motivated. You are known for your persuasive personality, mobility and team skills. And your English is excellent.
