NORD Gear Corporation is a world leader in the manufacture of industrial power transmission products. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our staff in our Corona, California location.
This position is responsible for providing superior customer service to Nord Gear customers in the United States. This person will overseeing the order entry process in the Corona facility, provide support and material to allow the customer service group and order processing group in Corona to meet our customer’s expectation. Provide effective solutions to continuously improve Nord Gear’s customer service and order processing efficiencies and effectiveness. This position currently has three direct reports.
The ideal candidate will have familiarity with power transmission industry, two to four years of technical customer sales and Supervisory experience, strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to details. A two or four year degree and/or equivalent experience is required.
