NORD has enhanced the Clincher™ offset parallel line of gearmotors and speed reducers to include the new SCP screw conveyor package. The Clincher™ SCP drives include NORD’s standard high performance design features including Unicase™, Quadralip sealing, Autovent™, and stainless steel paint.

Optimized Sealing System

• Two double lip Viton seals
• Grease impregnated packing seal

Mounting

• Standard CEMA mounting dimensions
• Versatile flange – multiple bolt patterns – class 35 gray cast iron
• 3-Hole tapered CEMA drive shaft – easy mounting and removal

Flexible & Efficient

The NORD SCP design is extremely efficient due to the direct coupled gearmotor or NEMA C-face input design. Belted input systems have significantly lower total drive efficiencies, and NORD also offers a line of energy efficient motors. Due to the modular flexibility of design, NORD Shaft Mount CLINCHER™ speed reducers accept a variety of power inputs. The SCP package is available with optional stainless steel drive shafts, severe duty paint options, and synthetic oils for even the most extreme environments.
